Where should I go to see the equipment?: Toyo Hitec Co., Ltd.’s Reuse Business Division in Tamba-Sasayama City, Hyogo, includes storage areas where all equipment listed on the website is available to view.
Contact us to make an appointment before visiting.
How can I get more information on a specific piece of equipment?: Please notify us of any particular equipment you are interested in before visiting. We will bring the equipment out for you to look over and try (with no load) if possible.
Are load operation tests with actual raw materials possible?: Load operation tests are available for a fee. (Operation tests with no load are available free of charge.)
Please consult us about the materials you would like to use, as testing with some materials is not possible.
How long does delivery generally take?: Equipment usually takes about a week to be delivered.
However, shorter delivery times may be possible. Feel free to consult us if a shorter delivery time is needed.
Do you offer shipping, unloading, and installation services?: We offer shipping services to the designated location.
Mixed pallet delivery or chartered delivery services are used, subject to local delivery conditions.
We generally do not offer unloading, installation, or any other construction-type services.

Do you buy equipment even if it is older? Also, do you buy iron equipment?: Our first requirement when buying equipment—regardless of age or if it is made of iron—is that the equipment is working.
Is it necessary to clean the equipment first?: Yes, we require equipment to be cleaned inside and out before pickup.
How can I ship the equipment to Toyo Hitec?: Either we can come and get the equipment, or you can ship it to us directly.
Do you buy equipment made overseas?: We will buy equipment made overseas if the specifications are acceptable. Please provide the necessary documents beforehand.
Can you come to look at the equipment I have available?: We first ask that you submit a list of the available equipment. If there is equipment we would like to buy, we will travel to you.
Do you buy machine tools?: Sorry, but we do not buy machine tools (although we may be able to refer you to a separate company).

Can I rent equipment for any raw material?: Renting equipment for use with poisonous or corrosive raw materials is not possible.
Please consult us directly when using highly abrasive or colored raw materials.
How much does renting equipment cost?: Rental fees vary depending on the equipment and length needed. Please contact us for more information.
Is it possible to see a trial operation?: No, trial runs are not available with rentals. The product will be shipped by truck. Please install the product at your site to perform a trial operation.
Can the rental period be extended?: Rental extensions are available for a fee.

Due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, I am unable to come to your facility. Is it possible to view the equipment remotely?: We offer on-site tours using web conferencing systems. Please contact us for more information.
